Our goal is to bring back the "starter home" for so many first time home buyers, retirees, and empty nesters. We are looking to build 1 and 2 bedroom homes for people who cannot afford $400,000+ homes or are looking to downsize and have less to maintain. This will provide home owners with a home that they can have equity in and call their own.
